Warning Range Breakout EA

I need an EA that recognizes breakouts on charts as well as upcoming news. The logic behind it is that I want to trade with an EA XAUUSD, but this only works profitably in range phases. The EA needs to monitor the chart and detect possible breakouts before it to turn off my bot it should also monitor the fundamental news to warn of possible breakouts
