Create a simple lightweight scanner for attached indicator

Hi,

I need to create a simple lightweight scanner for the attached indicator.

1. The scanner can auto scan for all pairs in market watch;
2. The scanner can also scan for manual input pairs, separate by comma;
3. Prefix,Suffix function;
4. The scanner can adjust the indicator's settings,period;
5. The scanner can scan for multiple TF without cause lagging, usually is 3 TFs;
6. The scanner will generate pop up, push, email alert;
7. The indicator buffer is 16 & 17;
8. A drop down menu to choose for alert Only Buy/Only Sell/Both;
