Enable /Disable "Auto trading (Advisor)"

Hello. 

I need a tool for enable /disable function "Auto trading" - MT4 platform, Need enable it when news coming (from forexfactory.com) . I can set enable before news coming X minute ( X = input value) and disable after news occurred X minute. AND I can selected which currencies (USD and/or EUR, JPY, etc. )

Example: 7.30pm - USD -  Unemployment claim

> I set parameter; before news = 2 Minute and after news = 2 Minute / Selected USD.

> I attach my EA on chart EURUSD, USDJPY 

So, Auto trading will enable on time 7.28pm and disable on time 7.32pm
