Simple MT4 EA required

My strategy is relatively simple. I would like an expert advisor which can analyse the trend in the FTSE 100 between 7am-7:30am UK time each morning. If the price trends up between 7-7:30am then the strategy will sell at 7:31am, if the price trends down 7-7:30am then the strategy will buy at 7:31am. If there is no clear price trend between this time then the strategy will not trade.  I would like to have the option to adjust variables such as the above mentioned time (7-7:30) as well as to be able to input the take profit/stop loss in pips. It would also be useful to be able to adjust the parameters of what the strategy deems to be a strong/weak trend. Finally I would like the strategy to compare the price at 7:30am with the closing price of the previous day (4:30pm), if the above strategy is signalling to sell but the price at 7:30am is below the previous day’s close then the strategy should not trade.
