Forex EA to limit daily/monthly drawdown & schedule to close/open trade at specific time

Create a Forex EA for FTMO account to limit daily/monthly drawdown as part of their condition and schedule to close/open trade at specific time to prevent restricted news, overnight & weekend trading.There are similar EA in the market but if it can be done in a good fixed price then that would be better.
