Bridge between Binance and MT4/5 - Phyton

I am looking for someone to create a bridge between Binance to MT4/5 to import any chart from Binance  (Spot or Futures).

MAIN FEATURE

- We need be able to import more than 10000bars to MT4/5.

I research and it can be done thourght csv files or via phyton. Source I found:

We would need the major crypto pairs download and imported to be ready for backtesting. Don't know if we would need a script or something to convert them to HST or something

- We need to have a feature to convert offline charts to be able to be Backtested on Strategy Tester.

- Be able to automate EA’s on the charts and send the entries to Binance.

- Charts of any possible available pair 

- Work with variable time frame

- Attach any indicator available at MT4/5  

Don’t know if its possible only on MT5. But I would prefer MT4. Both are ok for me. I need the best solution.
