MT4 indicator to Binary Option automadic forwarder [auto trade]

I need MT4 indicator to Binary Option automadic forwarder

Requrements

1.the code from arrow indicator is like this

   SetIndexBuffer(0, Id_0000);
   SetIndexStyle(0, DRAW_ARROW);
   SetIndexArrow(0, 221);
   SetIndexBuffer(1, Id_0034);
   SetIndexStyle(1, DRAW_ARROW);
   SetIndexArrow(1, 222);

so the forwarder can identify buffer of arrow and alert of arrow(or another recommendation is welcome)

2.Working on these binary option company.

4. Account limitation(to send our clients)

can account certification from web server.

I think this system should be an exe app.
