Re-programming own indicator written within GENESIS TradeNavigator based on Adaptive MovingAvg with variable entry parameters

It is an indicator written within the GENESIS TradeNavigator software and has to be re-written, so that its usable here with MT4.

the value calculated is oscillating around zero with a double smoothed moving average (one Simple, one Adaptive)

Remarks:

- Variable entries should be able with: Length, MABars, MAMethod (=Adaptive MA; within Genesis you can choose between six ways of calulating the MA if you use this expression)

- Horizontal line at Zero

- Indicator itself should be printed as steps in dark blue (thinkness of line and colour chooseable)

- Horizontal line should be printed solid white (thinkness of line and colour chooseable)
