Multiple settings indicator signal from Ichimoku. NO Rookies PLEASE

Hello.

I am wanting a Indicator to give a on screen signal based on up to 4 instances of the Ichimoko Indicator settings... (NOT MTF) The signal should be a arrow on all candles that meet the criteria. The criteria is> When there are up to 4 instances of the cloud indicator on screen and they have different settings then this performs a "Top down analysis approach" But from a setting point of view.  So basically we will need to create a custom indicator with 4 instances of the Ichimoko INPUTS available for change. Based on these 4 instances and the settings I select. This is what will give the onscreen arrow signal. Also should be BUY/SELL buffers for these arrows so they can be used in a basic EA. If and when all settings are showing short then a sell arrow is produced on screen as per screen shot and vice versa for buy arrows. Please see attached screen shots as well. The indicators don't need to show on screen as well. Just the arrows signals. There is only the settings part of the indicator required as well or what ever is easiest. Source code will need to be provided as well.
