Check Boxes, Buttons, Links

A very quick job for somebody that did that already

Basically I need some help, I need to know how to create a check box, button (close/open order) and a link on the chart of MT4 and create that DLL for interaction with them.

The idea which I try to implement is next:

the EA will connect to my db server - will select the orders and will send them to client mt4, then there will be a list of orders which he can select to place on his side or close from existing ones, the links is necessary for branding. All the main thing with connection to the servers and other stuff is done, I just need to know how to create a button on chart and check-boxes and how to get the results whey they are clicked - checked and so on. Just a simple example having the sourse code.

Preferably to be in C#
