TMA (Triangular Moving Average) Bands ADX Range and MA Indicator

I need an indicator (possible EA in the future) that shows a signal when the following conditions are meet.

  • Previous candle close outside or inside TMA (Triangular Moving Average) (I should be able to change the TMA settings)
  • Price close above or below aligned moving averages MA1 and MA2 (I should be able to change the MA settings)
  • At Price close the ADX value will be between a range (I should be able to change the ADX)


Sell Sample (See attached - Candles are labeled as 1,2,3)
1. Previous candle close outside of TMA bands
2. Next candle close inside the TMA bands and close price is under aligned MA (MA1 < MA2) and ADX value is between a range.
3. Sell signal at candle open


Buy - would be the inverse.
1. Previous candle close outside of TMA bands
2. Next candle close inside the TMA bands and close price is above aligned MA (MA1 > MA2) and ADX value is between a range.

3. Signal at candle open

-Plot indicators on chart for testing

-Here's some potential inputs I'd like to see


TMA Centered Bands should work for what I'm looking for.



I would like an input setting that excludes the signals when the previous candle (outside of tma band) and current candle (inside of tma band) are the same direction type of candle.

Input setting should be something like:

CandleType = True - Previous candle close outside of tma band can not be the same color of candle as current candle close inside of tma band

CandleType = Fale - Previous candle close outside of tma band can be the same color candle as current candle close inside of tma band

Default Value is False
