MT4 EA and indicator using Fibonacci, pivots, ADX, candle counter

Hi i need a programmer to help develop an EA:

- Pivots H/L detect relative high and low

- Fibonacci levels are placed in between

Following the above points, i would like two types of setups to occur separately at the same time. However if they both overlap at times then only place one entry.   (bullish example):

SETUP 1: when price hits "X" fib level (customise-able) The 1). ADXR + ADX  must be lower at entry than at the pivot high. 2). the amount of candles from the pivot low to pivot high should be lower than the amount of candles in between pivot high and "X" fib level. 3). the amount of smaller pivot highs/ lows in between the main pivot low and the main pivot high, should be less than the amount in between pivot high and entry.

SETUP 2:When price hits "X" fib level (customise-able), the main pivot Low for the Fibonacci (100% retracement level) should be higher than the previous low (calculated by pivot H/Ls). 

Entries, stop losses and take profits should all be based on fib levels and/or equity % (for SL and TP)
