Simple 123 pattern indicator and scanner

This job is fair simple, I need both indicators to be coded in MT4 and MT5, the first one must be MT4 in order to check functionality.

Please, you must be a clean and well organized coder, I won't accept a messed code, it must be easy to maintain, also it must be done in procedural style of trading.

123 Pattern Simple Indicator

Description:

The indicator must identify the 123 pattern, then plot the involved lines, and when a breakout occurs draw an arrow and send alert (if selected from inputs menu).

123 Pattern Scanner

Description:

This indicator must plot (as shown) the desired instruments and TFs ranging from M1 to MN1.

The indicator will read the signal from the 123 pattern indicator and plot the corresponding signal and timeframe on the table. Indicator can display an up/down arrow, and when no signal just display “–“ or nothing.

About the scanned instruments, I’m not shure if user must introduce manually the name of those instruments or if the same indicator reads all instruments from the market watch, here you can advice me.
