EA to copy Telegramm signals into MT4 account

Hello,

I am looking for a developer who has expirience with telegramm and copying notifications from groups into MT4 and execute them.

The tool should have similar functions like the program below:
Telegram Signal Trader

Source code MQ4 file needed.

An example posts should be possible to read the formats below and select for each Symbol / trade a free magic number in range (1000 - 2000) or a specific Magic number attached to the symbol. It's important that the EA should read the different formats below and do mapping to the right symbol.

! Order Types: BUY / BUY STOP / BUY LIMIT (Example for short vice versa) should be supported

Function: Ask before execute = ON / OFF (if off, execute automatically) / (if on, ask for execute signal via pop up window)

Trailing function: ON / OFF
1. Stop to Break Even Function: ON / OFF - if first target is hit, then exit half position and move STOP LOSS to break even.
2. Trailing Stopp ON / OFF - If price 25% (near target) move trailing stop to 50% profit between distance (open price and target).
3.  Trailing Stopp ON / OFF - If market hit first target exit 2/3 position and set 50 pip trailing stop.

Trading (Start / Stopp) hours should be included
Newsfilter OFF / ON ( Stopp before news / Start after news ) should be included

Exit Position:
if notification like ''GBPUSD exit..." then EA should search for this magic / position and exit trade

EA should NOT open a NEW position if it is a RE-POST / Comment to an old notification and looks like from:

   Fx-Trading Circle(free signals)

if message looks like (comment to previous notification):
