Plot Horizontal Line on First to N Candle High and Low, where N can be 1,2,3,4,5,6... and so on... and alert on crossing

Hi,

I am looking for an indicator which can:-

Requirement 1

Plot Horizontal Line on "First to N Candle High and Low", where N can be 1,2,3,4,5,6... upto 10th Candle on any timeframe and on any chart. It should also display the value on the line.

For example 1,

Lets Say in USD/INR on 5 Mins TimeFrame, 1st Candle is 10, 2nd is 30, 3rd is 45, 4th is 25, 5th is 05 and 6th is 40.

So one Horizontal line should be drawn at 45 and another at 05 with value of high and low on that line.

For example 2,

Lets Say in EUR/INR on 15 Mins TimeFrame, 1st Candle is 200, 2nd is 450, 3rd is 150, 4th is 215, 5th is 225 and 6th is 340.

So one Horizontal line should be drawn at 450 and another at 150 with value of high and low on that line.

Requirement 2

It should also throw pop-up/E-mail/Sound/Push alert whenever high and low is crossed in the entire day.

I will also need a source code as well.
