Request for creating EA based on my MT4 indicator (TMA band type of indicator)

Hello Programmers,

I have a request for creating EA based on my own MT4 indicator.

Indicator type: TMA band type with parameters such as ATR, etc.

                       No source code

Requested EA: MT4 and if possible MT5 (hopefully both MT4 & MT5), if only MT4 is ok too.

Conditions: EA has

1. all or important parameters from my MT4 indicator, especially ATR multipliers and period, half length, TF choice(current or other).
2. can choose which TMA band to make entry. There are 3 uppers bands, and 3 lower bands, and I would like to choose which bands to consider entry trigger.
3. entry option:  choice of "Touch of band"   or "Cross over"(cross-up for buy entry, cross-down for sell entry)
4. only one open position for long or short for each specific currency pair with specific TM. So, it means that I can have 2 long on EURUSD on M15 AND H1 
5. hopefully option to set 2nd indicator(buffer based signals) and can set parameters change.  If not possible, then I would like to know some ideas to accomplish this.
6. For #5 (2nd indicator filter), some kinds of validations requirements, like, for example, long entry and 2nd indicator long entry should also appear within certain candle sticks
7. "TP" option : fixed pips, % of profit, etc., trailing stop, BE stop, etc.
8. Close option : Close and new entry of opposite signal appear
9. Money Management option: fixed lot size, % of account, % of holding PL, etc..
10. Notification: long/short trades via push notifications, emails
