Looking for a developer with a good communication skills to create a server based EA. 

EA works using a Python script which detects events and sends a response. (Python script behaves like a daemon)

EA must calculate the lottery, send order, place/modify stop loss/trailing stop. 

Source code is a project deliverable

Need for a good capacity of optimisation


Requirements sum up: 

 - Python script is integrated in EA 

 - EA activates after script sends a response

 - Uses ask price of different cross currencies

 - Sends order 

 - Handles calculation of lottery 

 - Modifies trailing stop/stop loss

 - Determines EMA indicator

 - Global parameters must be easily modified
