EA in MQ5 based on TOTT

There is an indicator in TradingView called TOTT - Twin Optimized Trend Tracker.

It's code is open source, I can provide it. 

I want an EA in MQL5 based on this one. 

It should have SL, TP and TS with Trailing start point.

Should work on all common TF.
