Renko EA with Martingale

I am looking for a programmer to develop a Renko EA for MT4. It will trade Forex and also Brazilian Market.
It Is appreciated previous experience with Renko EAs or successful Renko Jobs.

Also waiting for developers opinion what to add there or what to do better.
Before I need to test it few hours on demo and then backtest it. 
It is important that all those parameters are optimizable and backtest mostly give same results as on Demo and Live.
