Expert/indicator display panel

Im looking for an ea that also puts a display panel on the chart which will allow for multiple inputs from the user. So if i open up EurUsd Chart and load the expert a display panel will appear. On the display panel i want to to be able to enter the following information: Trade risk%, buy/sell, entry price, SL in pips, Tp1 in pips, TP2 in pips, Tp3 in pips Tp 4 in pips, tp5 in pips. On each the tps we need also an input which tells the ea how much of the total lot size to close out at that price. Example: balance 10,000, risk 2%, entry price xxx, tp1xxx, tp2 xxx, tp3 xxx, total lots 3.0. At tp1 close 2.0, at tp2 close 0.7, at tp3 close 0.3.  We need a tick box for Move SL. So when TP1 is reached. sl is moved to entry, when tp2 is reached SL is moved to TP1 etc... further info to be supplied to chosen developer.
