Delta Chart EA and modification Indicator supported by Cluster Delta CME Globex

I want to build an indicator and EA based on Delta Chart and Exchange Volume 

 Delta is a key concept to understand when making trading decisions based upon traded volume. More information here http://my.clusterdelta.com/volume_alert

Delta Chart It is the difference between the volume of market orders buying by lifting the offer price and the volume of market orders selling by hitting the bid price.

In other words, if Delta is greater than zero, we had more buying than selling and if Delta is less than zero, we had more selling than buying.

Delta gives us a broad sense for each bar of whether we have more aggressive buying or selling.

Delta data is not available for free as it's already imported from future markets Delta candlestick on the chart & OHLC of delta on data box i have already the 

Indicator from Cluster Delta but need to improve it with creating an indicator and create signals when: For Buying 

1- Price reach support areas (Manually identified) as area ranges 

2- Buy only / Buy& Sell (Manually identified) as option

3- Candlestick pattern (Doji , Hammer , Dragonfly , Gravestone , Bullish engulfing , Tweezer) appeared 

4-Common idea of this indicator when positive green delta spikes - commonly it means that down trend is over (if it happens in the end of trend confirmed with Japanese candle patterns) http://my.clusterdelta.com/delta 

5- Generate buy signal 2% of Capital when green delta spikes with alert from the indicator above with candlestick pattern

6-Also Generate buy signal when green delta spikes and recent candle still red (down) delta divergence

7-management tools like SL (....) TP (...) Trailing ST ( ....) pips per attached file description

For selling:

1- Price reach resistance area (Manually identified) as area ranges 

2- Sell only / Buy& Sell / (Manually identified) as option

3- Candlestick pattern ( Doji , Shooting Star , Dragonfly , Gravestone , bearish engulfing , Tweezer) appeared 

4-Common idea of this indicator when negative red delta spikes - commonly it means that up trend is over (if it happens in the end of trend confirmed with Japanese candle patterns) http://my.clusterdelta.com/delta

5- Generate sell signal 2% of Capital when green delta spikes with alert from the indicator above with candlestick pattern

6-Also Generate sell signal when red delta spikes and recent candle still green (down) delta divergence

Attached I will include: MQL4 Delta /MQL4 Volume / 3 examples /ClusterDelta_MT4_Premium.zip / with DLL files in libraries/ customization example , this project will require a subscription with Cluster delta server , as soon as u get this project i will do the subscription  for the developer
