An EA that will execute buy/sell when MA crosses with TP and SL

Hi EA coders. My name is Sihle. I need someone who can create an EA for me that will execute buy/sell orders with TP and SL when the moving averages cross. I currently use this trading system manually and I miss a lot of opportunities because I am not always on charts. I have 2 moving averages on the main chart and on second indicator window I have stochastic oscillator with 2 moving averages. The 2 moving average settings are: First MA period 300, shift 0, method Linear weight, apply to Weighted close. Second MA period 100, shift 0, method Linear Weight, apply to Previous indicators data. Same moving averages are added on the second indicator window on top of stochastic oscillator with settings : %K period 1, %D period 1, slowing 1, price field Low/High, method simple with levels 20,80. The EA should execute a buy when MA 300 crosses 100 on the main chart to the upside and MA 300 crosses 100 on the second indicator window when its oversold on the stochastic below 20 and execute a sell when MA 100 crosses 300 on the main chart to the downside and MA 100 crosses 300 on the second indicator window when its overbought on the stochastic above 80. You assistance will be much appreciated.
