Build a Candle Length measurement indicator

Want to Build an Indicator that strictly measure the Changes in the Length of a Bar within various Time from, indicator should able to send notifications, email, and alert And should be flexible to use with other indicators. A brief description of How it works-. Should be able to work for but up and down direction!

Example- if bar A size is 10unit in Size (from open to close of the bar) and Bar B start from open {after A closed} - Indicator should be able to set to trigger when get to like 20% or 50% of the Bar Size of A ?

I would love to know if I can get such with the indicator and also being able to use with other indicators!
NOTE- REQUIRES THE COMPLETE SOURCE (.MQ5) CODE FILE FOR THE INDICATOR!

The Indicator should able to Measure both in Value or PERCENTAGE % Changes. II Will appreciate you urgent response!
