Develop an FTMO look alike system

I need a developer that can create an FTMO look alike system, but I want to focus on catering for smaller account and can expand later. This is a system that set a trading challenge and once a trader pass the challenge, they get a funded live account. The system will have many rules which traders must follow. If a trader failed to follow the rules, their account will be disabled.

I am looking for a developer who has any experience or have done a similar project before and will not find this too difficult.

If you have a system that does this already, feel free to show it. Some of the functionality will include managing traders accounts, enforcing trading rules, ability to process traders  withdrawal requests, integration with trading platform etc.
