Combine 2 indicators into 1 from mt4 to pine script (Trading-View)

Okay, I am looking for a programmer who knows pine script very well and mql. That can code a custom script/indicator composed of 2 open source indicators from mt4. Here is the idea:

1. Combine the 2 indicators for confluence, The first is a peak indicator and the other in a Non-lag RSI (Its just the name of the indicator; i know they all lag). Attached you'll find an imagine to get an idea of what I am looking for!

2. I only need the buy and sell signals on the chart no extra window 

3. Alerts if possible
