Input and output EA operations in "renko" style chart offline

Esteemed!

I have an EA that generates a "renko" style chart in offline mode.

I would like a programmer who can program another EA so that I can use this chart offline, where this EA performs inputs and outputs of operations according to what is explained in the PDF file that is in the attached ZIP file.

The file is safe, they can open without fear.
