Need Dashboard MT4 based on HA, CCI, Stoch

I need a dashboard that will show buy or sell to be used for all currencies, commodities etc that are available on my MT4.

Indicators to be used:

1) Heiken Ashi with 3 time frames (30 mins, 1HR, 4HR)

2) CCI (14) on 4H

3) Stochastics (4-2-2) on 4H

4) 20 and 200 SMA for trend on 4H

5) (maybe optional in future) currency Strength meter

Logic for Long position with the trend:

When all 3 HA are green AND

(H4) CCI is above 0 level AND

(H4) Stochastics is above 55 level AND 

(H4) 20 sma is above 200 sma 

Then show green blinking button with "buy with trend"

Logic for Short position against the trend:

When all 3 HA are red AND

(H4) CCI is below 0 level AND

(H4) Stochastics is below 45 level AND 

(H4) 20 sma is ABOVE 200 sma 

Then show red blinking button with "Sell against trend" 

Logic for Short position with the trend:

When all 3 HA are red AND

(H4) CCI is below 0 level AND

(H4) Stochastics is below 45 level AND 

(H4) 20 sma is below 200 sma 

Then show red blinking button with "sell with trend"

Logic for long position against the trend

When all 3 HA are green AND

(H4) CCI is above 0 level AND

(H4) Stochastics is above 55 level AND 

(H4) 20 sma is BELOW 200 sma 

Then show green blinking button with "buy against trend"

This code should be clean, meaning without expiration date or your script to make it stop working in the future.
