Resolving minor glitches in existing EA

I have a pre-existing EA for MQL5 Platform that is a manual trade manager system consisting of automatic SL and T.P, Breakeven and Trailing and certain on-screen click-button based functions. Basically known as a trade manager. However it has the following glitches which I need to be resolved:

1 : On-screen Display Glitch : " Miracle of god is running" (name) should be displayed only when EA is On. Otherwise should not display on-screen.

                                             Currently displays in both, (ON/OFF)

2: Pair-target and equity target both are sometimes malfunctioning and not closing the trades on achieving criteria.

Need both these problems resolved at the earliest as they are minor glitches while the rest of the program compiles and performs error-lessly.
