Multitimeframe scanning java or mt5?

Hi iam searching someone who can programm me a mtf expert advisor. We need money management as well. The most important thing is the speed from the program. It's bedder to use Java or mt5?I want to scan 100 tf at the same time and 20 assets if it's possible.
