MT4 to MT5 Indicator Conversion (personal job)

Please convert this indicator from MT4 to MT5.  I like the way it displays on MT4, so it should display the same on both platforms.  Please convert the indicator so that it can work on interchangeably on either MT4 or MT5 (i.e. If MT4/5 then…) so if I make changes to it in the future I can easily use it on either platform and keep one codebase.  Yes, I have a few similar jobs on this board but I don’t know who can handle this in a reasonable time with nice looking code, so I’ve spit them into different jobs.  If this goes well I’m looking to have more work done after this such as making them into MTF and a MTF Dashboard.
