Expert Advisor based on a Random Forest algorithm

Hello  All 

I am looking for a developer with  machine learning experience to code simple and  profitable system.Please only bid if you have ML experience with R or Python language ,thank you for your understanding.

----Developer must have experience with one of the random forest packages in R or python languages .

----developer  should know and have experience with creating correct steps of machine learning  processes like data preparation-data manipulation,filtering wrapping,discretization, hyperparameter tunning etc.. 

---please make sure that your mql4/R or python pipelines works without a problem.Because example  one of my ML expert  mql4/R pipeline kept crushing in the past.

----inputs will be 4 different indicators   output will be maximize profit the  minimize the drawdown/loss)(profit and loss distribution)

The algorithm  idea is very simple buy entry at first direction change(up) of the one of  of 4 indicators ... sell entry--(close buy entry)   at first direction change(down ) of the one of  of 4 indicators......I can provide you as many as pictures you want....
