I need an EA that will place Pending and Market Orders trades, based on my custom indicators . See the image attached . 

This strategy combines three(3) signals.

Signal 1
Buy= Close[1] > Open[1] && Close[0] > Open[0] && (High[0]-Open[0])<ATR14

Sell = Close[1] < Open[1] && Close[0] < Open[0] && (Open[0]-Low[0])<ATR14


Signal 2
Buy = (3Stockastics Green && OsMA Color Green) || (3Stockastics Green && MacdDivergence Green) || (OsMA Color Green && MacdDivergence Green)

Sell= (3Stockastics Red&& OsMA Color Red) || (3Stockastics Red && MacdDivergence Red) || (OsMA Color Red&& MacdDivergence Red)

Signal 3
Buy= ADX Trend Green || (ADX Trend Red&& ADX Color Red)

Sell= ADX Trend Red||  (ADX Trend Green && ADX Color Red)

Pending Orders
Buy Stop at High[1]= Open[1] > Close[1] && High[0] < High[1]
When a new Bearish Candle forms, move the Buy Stop to the new candle

Sell Stop at Low[1] = Open[1] < Close[1] && Low[0] > Low[1] 
When a new Bullish Candle forms, move the Sell Stop to the new
