Component to integrate to TD Ameritrade API

I want to purchase from another programmer, 6 Functions that will integrate TD Ameritrade's API into MQL5 , so I can use this functions into my Robot.

Functions should accomplish the following tasks: 

1. MQL5 Function to Authenticate to TD Ameritrade's API

2. MQL5 Function to Refresh the Authentication Token, to be called every x min, to avoid loosing the connection in the middle of the trading session

3. MQL5 Function to Read Positions from TD Ameritrade's account 

4. MQL5 Function to Read Bid and Ask prices from TD Ameritrade account, for any symbol

5. MQL5 Function to Place a Order into TD Ameritrade's Account, with all optionals of OrderSending available in the API.

Here is the link to their API https://developer.tdameritrade.com/apis , I only need 4 endpoints: Authentication, POST to place new orders, GET Orders by Path and GET Quote.
I don't want the use of any DLL, I want this library coded only with native MQL5 codes.
