I need an indicator that sends price alerts based on moving average conditions

Buy Alert If 50 EMA is above 100 EMA and price touches or crosses 100 EMA Sell Alert If 50 EMA is below 100 EMA and price touches or crosses 100 EMA EMA values will have the ability to be changed only using 50 EMA and 100 EMA as default. Once alert is triggered it should not alert again until the price has closed below 50 EMA for sell or above 50 EMA for buy. Must have popup and push notifications Alert Label Buy Alert = Pullback Buy (Pair Name) Sell Alert = Pullback Sell (Pair Name) Job paying $40 but $60 if you can add functionality to toggle alert on and off from button on the chart.
