MT5 To Telegram Trendline and Price alerts

I want someone to create a script/EA for me so that I can have an alert which i can customise sent to my telegram when price reaches a trendline.

This needs to work over all my open charts in MT5 and I need to be able to customise each message that is sent ie: EURUSD Crossing Resistance at Trendline.
