Order buy or sell stop on next candle with stop loss automatic

Good morning all, Sorry for my English, I am French. I would like to be able to place a stop buy or stop sell order on the next candlestick (in 1 minute and Heiken Ashi) with a stop loss placed directly below the lowest. It would have to be done automatically (perhaps using a purchase sale terminal). Is it possible ?

ON MT5 or MT4

I will simplify: There should be 2 horizontal lines that can be moved on the graph, one for the price and the other for the stop. The order must be deferred on the next candle (Minute 0 + 1) Either the order is a buy order or it is a sell order.
