Pull Trades From mt4 to Option Trading Applications to Make Auto Options Trade

Hello,

I need someone that can help me create a plugin to pull trades from my mt4 trading account that I use Ea to trade those trades as in Binary Option Application like automated binary option trading. I will like the application to have the ability to set time for picking trades opened by my ea and time to avoid it when price is too far from entry or too late from open time of trade . I want  it to copy very fast and utilize money management as well .

If you can do it please suggest me how this will be done and how long it will take us to set it up? Can we make demo test?.
