Expert function to detect levels of the 3_Level_ZZ_Semafor indicator

Function need to be hard-coded in the EA so the indicator does not need to be added to the chart to work. Function need to run inside the void OnTick() function. 

Function to return TRUE if all:

a) there was a recent 3 dot

b) there is a 2 dot retest(if 3 dot is HIGH, retest 2 dot should be HIGH also, and vice-versa)

c) the next closed candle is opposite the 2 dot

d) else false 

Also print out the prices of the 2 and 3 dot and signal for debug purposes(can be comment in top corner).  Attached is the indicator and photo of it in action. I will need the MQL4 codes to add to my EA.
