Open trade if both below condition met

Buy

1. 50 SMA is above 200 SMA Plus Stocha (14,3,3) level is below 20 and signal line crosses base line

to sell 

1. 50 SMA is below 200 SMA Plus Stocha (14,3,3) level is above 80 and signal line crosses base line

I also need below in EA

time frame - should work on all 1, 2, 5 min etc

time to take trade

TP - i shuuld be able to TP for 1 ATR or 1.5 ATR or 2 ATR or if want the fix pip count then also it should allow for example 100 pips

SL - Same as TP

Trailing from latest price -  pip value for example 30 pips - lets say you bought it at 13000 and trailing is 30 pips then if price goes to 13010 then SL should be 12980 which is 30 pip from highest price.
