Relative Currency Strength EA System

This job though is specifically about the relative strength of individual currencies though, not a trading system build.

What Im wanting is an EA to track the relative % change of price over the last X defined period/s. The EA will display the % as a value on a HUD. All functions are executed at bar open.

The EA will then transmit the % change back to a master EA (?) to compare the % change of all the pairs, which will then assign a ranking of 1 - 10 to each individual currency (not each pair) depending on the relative % change compared to all the other pairs its tracking. It will update the ranking on each closed bar of the TF its applied to.

(?) I'd prefer that this logic be built into in an already built trading EA that can be made communicate with other EA's on the same MT4 instance - versus a seperate master EA to do all the calculations, if that is possible.

The ranking of 1 - 10 is assigned to each individual currency and displayed on a HUD.

For eg, a USDJPY pair might receive a ranking of 10/1 if the USD is the strongest (as determined by the fact that USD side of all pairs has increased in price at a greater average % than any other currency in a pair) and the JPY the weakest of all pairs by this ranking (as determined by the fact that JPY side of all pairs has decreased in price at a greater average % then any other currency in a pair). It would show on the HUD like this :

USD : 10

JPY : 1

The trading EA (which is not the job here, though it may become one if required to integrate with this) will then decide to trade a pair based (or not) on the ranking system (as either determined internally or as transmitted to each EA via a master EA) If the min strength setting was 6, and min weakness setting was 2, then a ranking of 10 / 1 is within limits and therefore becomes a valid trade pair, until such time as this ranking changes.

What Im wanting for a coder on this, besides being anle to turn over the job swiftly and correctly without too many fixes required, is for you to be able to read what Ive written here and be confident that you have a good idea of what I wanting. Its a simple concept, doubtless other folks have built something like this for the same reason I want it built - and Im open to already exsiting design/solutions/suggestions.
