Sometime the opening price and the closing price of the receiver are not exact the same as the transmitter. Is there is anyway to make the receiver just only open and close the positions just only when the price come to the same when the transmitter opened and closed? Thanks so much

Hello Vy, the difference you see in the opening and closing prices has to do with the difference price feed of the transmitter and receiver broker if they are different, or the slippage during high volatility in the same or other brokers.

If you want to open the receiver copied trades at the same or better price levels as the transmitter trades, you could use the better price settings in the receiver account.

• Better Price: True/false for copying transmitter trades at a better, worse or the same price onto the receiver account(s), according to your setting below. Warning: if this option is true you may miss copying a transmitter trade completely if the market moves quickly against you.

• Better Price Difference in Points: This setting makes it possible to open copied receiver trades at a better, worse or the same price onto the receiver account(s), according to your setting. If you put 0 in this setting, the EA will copy the transmitter trade onto the receiver account at the same or better price. If the transmitter buy open price is 1.08800 and this setting is 50, the receiver copied buy trade will be opened at 1.08750. There is also an option to open copied receiver trades when a certain level of profit is reached on the transmitter side, by using a negative value in this setting. For example if the transmitter buy open price is 1.08800 and this setting is -50, the receiver copied buy trade will be opened at 1.08850.

@Juvenille Emperor Limited, Hello, I have purchased Local Trade Copier for MT4 a couple of days back. Thanks for this wonderful tool.

But I am facing an issue. I have 1 transmitter and 2 receiver MT4 terminals, but my receiver is opening multiple trades at the same price, but I have only one trade in the transmitter. I guess each time I adjust SL or TP of the trade in the transmitter, the receivers are placing a separate order with modified settings. Is there any problem with my settings. How can I overcome this issue. Please help.

You have multiple copied trades in the receiver side, because you have attached multiple Local Trade Copiers EA MT4 on many charts, when you need to attach only one.

So, attach only 1 Local Trade Copier EA MT4 on the transmitter account, on 1 chart, any chart and click the Auto Trading button.

Then attach 1 Local Trade Copier EA MT4 on the receiver account, on 1 chart only, any chart and it will copy all trades from all symbols.

I have a transmitter account in which I'm running an EA that places orders.

I would like to run the self copier in that same account to make copies of the orders placed by the ea with a different lot size but don't transmit the generated copies to the other accounts

accounts.

Please let me know if you believe this is possible.

Hello, if this transmitter account transmits its trades to other receivers and you want to multiply its own trades too, without these multiplied trades to be transmitted to the other receivers you can do the following.

Apply another Local Trade Copier EA MT4 on another chart of this transmitter account, select the Self Copier mode and change the Magic Number of this Self Copier LTC to some other number, for example 67890.

Then in all your receivers that copy the trades of that transmitter, you need to put this 67890 magic number in the Magic Numbers Not to Copy setting, in order to copy the trades that the transmitter LTC will send, but not copy the trades that the second Self Copier LTC will multiply with a magic number 67890 applied.

So, to summarize, in your second Self Copier LTC you will put:

Account Mode: Self Copier

Magic Number: 67890

and in your receivers LTCs that copy from that transmitter account, you will put:

Magic Numbers Not to Copy: 67890

If your transmitter symbol is GER40 and your receiver symbol is GER40.cash you need to put in the receiver side settings:

Special Symbol 1: GER40,GER40.cash

Be careful to write the 2 symbols exactly as they appear in the transmitter and receiver Marketwatch window, small or capital letters are important.

Also if you want to copy other symbols that have the .cash suffix in the receiver account, you need to put also in the receiver settings:

Suffix of the Receiver Account: .cash

Send me a screenshot of your transmitter terminal with the GER40 chart open and a screenshot of your receiver terminal with the GER40.cash chart open.

Also send me a screenshot of the Experts tab of your receiver account, when you try to open a GER40 transmitter trade and it is not copied.

       Is there a limit on number of symbols that can be listed under the field - "Symbols to copy" in the Demo EA? I tried the following list.

It is only accomodating until DE40CASH even if I add the remaining symbols many time.

Hello Siram, if you want to copy all symbols you don't need to write them all in this setting, just leave it empty.

If you want to copy all but not a few, then write these few in the Symbols Not to Copy setting, it will be easier.

The MLQ4/5 coding has certain limitation in settings strings, this is not a Local Trade Copier EA Mt4/5 limitation.

Thank you for this Fantastic copier! I need help with an option. I want to copy trades from a master account, the initial trades with size 0.25 lots and that's it. There should not be any more update from the Master to slave. if the trade gets closed on master it should not reflect in the slave/receiver account. How do I achieve it please?

If you want to copy the transmitter trades to your receiver account with a fixed 0.25 lot size and then to manage them yourself, without any updates from the transmitter side, you need to put in the receiver settings:

Lot Size Type: Fixed Lot

Fixed Lot Size: 0.25

Synchronized Trade Closure: false

if on top of that you don't want to copy the TP/SL levels of the transmitter trades to your receiver copied ones, you should also put in the receiver side:

Copy Take Profit: false

Copy Stop Loss: false

First of all the Suffix and Special Symbol settings must be done in the receiver side.

Secondly you must write the symbols exactly as they appear in the transmitter and receiver MT4 terminal Marketwatch window.

Small or capital letter are important, so be careful, is it HK50.cash or HK50.Cash?

If your transmitter symbols are HK50 and NAS100 and your receiver symbols are HK50.cash and US100.cash you must put in the receiver LTC settings:

Special Symbol 1: HK50,HK50.cash

Special Symbol 2: NAS100,US100.cash

If you write them correctly and trades are not copied, restart both your transmitter and receiver terminals and try again, maybe something is stuck.
