I purchased your program last week. First of all, I’d like to say it’s a really great program—congratulations.

My only issue is this: I am currently trading on MetaTrader 5 using 6 screens. Each screen has a different financial market, and I manage them using FTM. However, the system only executes actions (such as trailing stop, breakeven, etc.) on the screen I am currently active on. It does not work on the other screens.

In other words, FTM is not managing the markets on the other screens. What could be the reason for this?

Thank you for your kind words, I’m glad you like the program.

The chart window does not need to be active for Trade Manager to manage trades. It can even work when the whole terminal is minimized. As long as the terminal is running, Trade Manager should work in the background and manage all positions across your charts.

So what you described should not normally happen.

I've been using your trade manager for a few years.

I recently started trading a Cent account on some broker and started noticing that risk isn't calculating properly.

I think the trade manager is thrown off by the different contract sizes on a cent account.

At the moment, it's works on and off, for instance I used it on Gold and it seemed to be working okay, up until today and it no longer autocalculates lot sizes based on SL distance, it's just uses the default lot sizes in the "Lots" input box

even though I have selected the "Cash amount" to risk only a certain amount per trade. [Update, as I was taking screenshots for this post, autocalculation for Gold started working again - I've attached screenshots of it working and not working, clearly needs to be fixed as I can't be in a trade then realize the size was wrong and half my account was risked]

On some other instrument like Nas100, it doesn't calculate at all.

Unfortunately this means that I have been caught trading waaaaaaay larger lots than I should be trading since it doesn't seem to calculate correctly and I've been closed to close multiple trades in panic because I couldn't believe the lot size placed.

I actually only found out it isn't working after I lost 5x what I was risking.

For reference, the broker I'm using is vantagemarkets [dot] com. I'm using their Cent raw/ecn account

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

The red background in the lot size field means that there is a problem with the calculation. In simple terms, Trade Manager does not have all the required data to correctly convert the risk into lot size based on your account currency.

In your case, this is most likely caused by a symbol suffix. More detailed information about the exact cause should be visible in the Expert tab (logs) in MetaTrader.

I got the EA very recently and it looks it is not working for me. I set the loss amount and ON but dint close any orders and nothing moves in the profit/loss scroll bar.

If you opened trades outside Trade Manager, and you want Trade Manager to manage them, you need to change one setting.

Please set OnlyCurrentMagicNumber = false in the parameters. This allows Trade Manager to manage all trades, including those opened outside the panel.

Hello! 

Is there a function to change the stop loss for multiple open orders by a specific amount? So the program automatically changes the stops to a single location, by an amount I specify. For example, the total loss for four orders should be $500 in one move, without having to manually sum them and move the stop for each order.
