Hello I just bought the livetime access and everything works exept the acuall buy/sell buttons, when I click them nothing happends, it doesn't execute the trade please help me

I am also having issues with think markets, but want to confim if the problem is the same.
when i put in a SL, TP goes to the highest so when i press D, the SL is huge and so is TP as this is prop firm account do not want to risk capital.
your software is promising, i didnt bother withthe DEMO i just brought it out right, really hope you guys can help me.
tried deleting EA
build new blank template, same issue.
any help would be great.
