When I try to trade with the app, it tells me autotrading is not turned on so it wont work. I've looked around and can only find an Algo trading button under expert advisors so I make sure that is on but it still doesn't work. Can I get some help?

Hi ! i hv rented the trade manager just a few days ago and it was working perfectly fine .. BUT today when i wanted to open a trade , it is just not working as it should .. everytime it just saying , that the auto trading is turned off on the mt5 and that's it cannot open a trade .. but i checked already few time to make sure that is on , but still it is not working .. pls help me .. thank u !
