IANTIAI Daily Breakout is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor for automated daily high and low breakout trading. It combines configurable daily-level analysis, session-based order placement and flexible trade management. Presets are provided for XAUUSD, BTCUSD and USDJPY, covering scalping and swing configurations.
The EA does not use martingale or loss-recovery logic. Optional split entries distribute orders around a selected daily level.
Use an M1 chart for the provided setups. Daily levels are calculated from completed D1 candles. Session timing and fixed-clock exits refer to the broker’s MetaTrader 5 server time.
Strategy
-
Daily breakout: Places Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders at eligible daily highs and lows, or at configured offsets when splitting is enabled.
-
Configurable lookback: Analyse the previous daily candle or scan multiple completed daily candles for untouched levels.
-
Fresh-level selection: Levels already touched or crossed by subsequent price action are excluded.
-
Multiple levels: Configure the maximum number of eligible levels traded per side.
-
Session timing: Place orders a selected number of minutes after the symbol’s session opens and remove remaining pending orders before session close.
-
Trading days: Enable or disable each weekday independently.
-
Restart handling: Checks existing buy-side and sell-side activity when the EA reloads.
-
Pending-order cleanup: Includes removal attempts for orders left over from earlier server days.
Session times are read from the broker’s symbol settings where available. Configurable fallback times are used otherwise.
Position sizing and split entries
Two position-sizing modes are available:
-
Fixed Lots: Uses the selected LotSize.
-
Fixed Lots per Money: Scales volume according to a configured lot amount per unit of account balance or equity.
An optional margin budget can reduce the calculated base volume. Margin availability and broker volume restrictions are checked during order preparation.
Percentage-of-account-risk and fixed-cash-risk sizing are not implemented. Percentage-based SL, TP and trailing settings refer to price distance, not account risk.
Optional order splitting supports up to 10 legs per daily level, each with its own price offset and volume share. Negative offsets place entries before the level in the breakout direction.
Broker minimum lots and volume steps affect each leg’s executable volume. The combined executed volume may therefore differ from the configured base LotSize.
Trade management
-
Stop Loss and optional Take Profit in native MT5 points or percentage of price.
-
Optional recalculation of SL and TP from the actual fill price.
-

-
Continuous or stepped trailing updates.
-
Optional break-even with a configurable buffer.
-
Optional deletion of opposite-side pending orders after a position opens.
-
Optional moving-average trend filter.
-
Optional daily time exit and Friday position close.
-
Maximum-spread filter for new order placement.

All three presets use a one-day lookback, enable Monday–Friday trading and configure pending-order cancellation 30 minutes before session close.
Run each symbol on a separate chart instance. The presets use different Magic Numbers. Weekend trading is disabled in all provided setups, including BTCUSD.
Prop Guard and news protection
Optional Prop Guard includes an emergency Stop Loss check and a daily loss limit. Its scope can cover the EA’s Magic Number or the whole account. When the daily limit is triggered, it attempts to close monitored positions, remove monitored pending orders and block this instance’s new strategy orders until the next broker server day.
Optional economic-calendar protection can pause new strategy orders around selected high-impact events. Depending on the settings, it can also close managed positions, remove pending orders and rebuild eligible orders afterwards.
Prop Guard and news protection are disabled in the provided presets. News protection uses the live terminal calendar and is disabled inside the Strategy Tester.
Dashboard and chart
The dashboard displays the preset label, symbol, server time, margin, leverage, spread, fresh daily levels, active orders and positions, sizing information, SL estimate, trailing settings, optional controls and the latest order-placement status.
Rolling 30-day statistics show completed-trade net results, wins, losses, break-even trades and win rate.
An optional IANTIAI chart theme and active entry, SL and TP lines are included. Moving Average removal and chart presentation settings can be adjusted in the inputs.
