Which broker? Which trading instrument? Perhaps the problem is in your terminal or broker. Try restarting the terminal or try using the EA on another trading instrument.

Just to add.. mt4 and mt5 also cannot open EAs
.. i use icmarkets and fpmarkets, both broker terminals also cannot work.. it seems the EAs from market cannot open..

Hello, there is no limit on the number of orders in the EA, this is a limitation of your broker. Each broker may have a different one.
