Anybody else not receiving notifications since the last update? 

I have it on my local machine and VPS and not getting anything. Have tried pop-up and mobile notifications. 

So far nobody else reported something similar, but we'll check and keep you posted.

Hi Alex, seems like an issue with the terminal or Metaquotes backend.

The first notification was not sent and I saw an error like this in the Journal.




Later on, I sent a test message via the Notification settings in the terminal which went through.

Since then all notifications arrive on my mobile device.


Summarized it's clearly no issue of FX Volume.

Many thanks for getting back to me. 

I too have seen this error message in regards to mobile notifications. The weird thing is that I get trade notifications come through but nothing from FX Volume. I have 'Altert on total rises/drops' set to true, however the other two options set to false. As I say, I have pop-up and mobile set to true and receive no notifications on either local pc or VPS or mobile. 

Todays market should certainly have fired the total volume notifcation, correct? I'm trialing the same strategy you are employing that looks at total volume rises before London open.

By the way, I'd just like to say - I can not recommmend FX Volume and all your other products highly enough!

it seems the Metaquotes backend does have some problems because it stopped working again.



So let's hope they'll fix it soon.

to get the data from our data center it is necessary to

INSTALL and RUN the SI CONNECT EA on one separate chart in the background of your terminal.

Please download the free SI Connect EA for

MT4 at https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/46999

and for 

MT5 at https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/46998

and add the URL https://stein.investments to the list
of allowed URL's in your Metatrader terminal properties

please restart your terminal. I'm sure it will work afterwards.

Apart from that, I recommend running SI Connect on one separate chart in the background of your terminal.

FX Volume works independently and can be used on as many charts as you like.
