Fuzzy Trend MTF is a multitimeframe trend analysis indicator that uses fuzzy logic to provide a clear, intuitive, and reliable reading of market direction.
Recommended for any volatile asset.
Fuzzy Logic + Multiple Timeframes
By applying fuzzy logic rules across multiple, individually configurable timeframes, the indicator evaluates candle behavior and scores market trend strength on a scale from -100 to +100:
-
+100 indicates a strong uptrend,
-
-100 indicates a strong downtrend,
-
Values near 0 suggest a ranging or neutral market.
Key Features:
-
Continuous trend score based on multitimeframe candle behavior;
-
Up to 6 simultaneous timeframes with custom weighting (e.g., M1, M5, M15...);
-
Real-time updates, ideal for day trading and scalping;
-
Visual threshold levels for quick signal reading;
-
Does not rely on moving averages or traditional indicators — 100% based on actual price behavior (fuzzy price action).
Best suited for:
-
Filtering high-probability trade setups;
-
Confirming trend direction before entering a trade;
-
Avoiding trades during noise or sideways market conditions.
How to interpret:
-
Above +60: strong bullish trend — potential buy signal;
-
Below -60: strong bearish trend — potential sell signal;
-
Between -30 and +30: indecisive market — wait for confirmation.
Notes:
-
Works best in volatile markets (e.g., market open);
-
Can be used as a filter inside Expert Advisors (EAs);
-
Adjust the weights of each timeframe according to your strategy.
