Как можно решить данную проблему ? Как правильно выставить значения TP и SL ?

Hi, I have activated the license yesterday but I am not able to use "setup" , "Mange", "Signal" or any other tab. When I start the application, it simply loads probably a image only and not the real application. Please help. I start to doubt the application already.

Update: The EA is working fine for me after getting quick support from Levi. Initially I was not running it correctly. I am exploring it further but so far I am liking it.

I purchased this EA and I realized that it missing a lot of signals and if it copies a signal, it does trail stop, as a result of that the trade end up in loss even though it went into profits.

Hi James, if it misses a signal please check the expert tab located at the bottom of your terminal. This will contain the reasons why. If you cannot work out the problem send me a screenshot of the error messages.

Hi, depending on how the signal is written you can use the remove words from signal to remove enough of the message that it doesn't open a position.

For example

Signal: +30 pips on GBPUSD BUYS

Remove words: 'pips on GBPUSD'

Of course this has limitations. 

I will add an ignore message filter in the next update to handle this better

MAY be if you add option to Add word to signal it will solve this issue so we can add pair symbol 🙂
