How to install Copy Master
STEP1:
Open the 1st account and add Copy Master in the Master mode
Make sure you enabled Auto trading
STEP2:
Open the 2nd account (you can use any different brokers) at the same PC or VPS and add CopyMaster to the chart using the Slave mode
Make sure you enable Auto trading
STEP3
Connect the Slave with Master accounts
STEP4:
Set copy parameters of the Slave account:
(make sure you have the same symbols in the MarketWatch)
If you want to connect MT4 and MT5 accounts, you need to use both versions of Copy Master

Since I cannot change the symbols I would like to ask for a refund with consequent return of the software license.
You can use CopyMaster to copy of FX-pairs
Any way you should ask mql5 support to refund money and delete your license
